A specific call in 2012 will be dedicated to rare chronic lung diseases (interstitial lung fibrosis, sarcoidosis, pulmonary arterial hypertension and cystic fibrosis). In earlier years there was no specific call, but it was possible to apply for a grant for rare lung disease research in the regular subsidy programme.
